Mobile Physiotherapy Melbourne
Where We Deliver
We bring physiotherapy to you — at home, at school, or in the community. No clinic visits required. Serving all of Metropolitan Melbourne.
How We Deliver Services
We work in the settings that make the most sense for each participant — because real outcomes happen in real environments.
Home Visits
In-home physiotherapy is our most common delivery method. We come directly to your home, bringing all the equipment needed for assessment and treatment. Working in your own environment means therapy can be immediately applied to your daily routine — getting up from the couch, navigating hallways, using your kitchen safely.
- Assessment and treatment in your living space
- Equipment brought to every session
- Home exercise programs tailored to your environment
- Falls risk assessments in your actual home
School Visits
For children and young people, we regularly visit schools, kindergartens, special development schools, and early childhood centres. We collaborate with teachers, integration aides, and the school team to support participation, mobility, and movement goals in the school environment.
- Visits to mainstream and special development schools
- Collaboration with teachers and integration aides
- Mobility, walking-aid and transfer advice at school
- Motor programs integrated into the school day
Community Visits
Meaningful participation happens in the community — at parks, pools, gyms, workplaces, day programs, and sporting clubs. We deliver physiotherapy in community settings to support real-world functional goals and help participants build confidence outside the home.
- Parks and outdoor spaces for functional rehab
- Gym and aquatic centre sessions where appropriate
- Day programs and supported employment settings
- Community mobility and access goals
Telehealth
Telehealth physiotherapy sessions are available for participants who prefer remote support, for exercise check-ins, home program reviews, or when in-person isn't possible due to illness or access barriers. Telehealth is NDIS-funded and fully supported by our team.
- Video consultations via phone, tablet, or computer
- Home exercise program reviews and progressions
- Education sessions for families and carers
- Follow-up support between in-person sessions
