- Who we see: NDIS participants who are self-managed or plan-managed (we can't take NDIA-managed referrals).
- What we do: home-visit paediatric physiotherapy (including DMI) and neurological physiotherapy.
- Where we visit: We visit homes across the south-east, inner south and west, and right across Melbourne. We're currently taking new adult NDIS referrals.
- How to refer: send the participant's name, contact details, suburb, funding type and main reason for referral; a phone call (0426 207 796) or email (thriveunitedphysio@gmail.com) is fine. We reply within 48 hours.
